RETURNS
- No returns are accepted for animals, plants (live or dead), frozen products, or items sold at a discounted price or on a pre-order basis, due to biosecurity regulations.
- For all other items, returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the purchase date.
- Return requests must be submitted in writing via email and must include the reason for the return. Requests submitted through other channels or via payment operators will be automatically declined.
- The buyer is fully responsible for covering return postage costs.
- Do not send any items for return until explicitly requested by us. Any items sent without our prior consent will be destroyed and will not be refunded.
- Returns will only be accepted for unused and unopened items. If the packaging has been opened or product shows signs of use, the return request will be automatically declined.
- If a return is accepted, the refund (minus our postage costs) will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method.
- If a return request is declined, the buyer must collect the item at their own expense within 7 days. Items not collected within this timeframe will be destroyed.
CANCELLATIONS
- No cancellations are accepted for animals, plants (live or dead), frozen products, or items sold at a discounted price
- Some products are ordered specifically to fulfill customer orders. For this reason, we do not accept any cancellations once the order has been placed.
